After a difficult year (so far), the cryptocurrency community expected October to bring some relief and generate substantial gains for some digital assets. After all, this is one of the strongest months for the market, hence its nickname “Uptober”. However, the period failed to meet expectations and ended with the $6.3 billion Binance hack, which suppressed the prices of many cryptocurrencies.
Focus has shifted to November, which presents a busy calendar of economic and political developments that could generate additional market turbulence. Curious to know what the AI had to say, we asked three of the most used chatbots which three cryptocurrencies were worth a $1,000 investment in November. We must add a key disclaimer: this is not financial advice, but simply the opinion and analysis of certain AI platforms. Here are their interesting answers.
ChatGPT plays safely?
The OpenAI platform said that allocating $1,000 each to Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL) seems most reasonable for November. The leading cryptocurrency is his first choice because the investment case there is “relatively simple: limited supply, established institutional access, and demand from investors seeking exposure to a rare digital asset.”
ChatGPT said that BTC’s bull case this month depends on a change in the economic backdrop. He pointed to key events such as the Nov. 6 U.S. jobs report, followed by CPI data due next week, saying they could reshape interest rate expectations.
“If hiring slows without suggesting a recession and inflation becomes lower than expected, investors could become more willing to buy risky assets. This would give Bitcoin a potential catalyst for recovery from October’s weakness,” he said.
The platform’s second choice is ETH, calling it a “bet on blockchain infrastructure.” According to ChatGPT, the largest altcoin could benefit if a possible BTC rally encourages investors to take more risks on major cryptocurrencies.
“The argument for investing $1,000 in ETH would be that an improvement in sentiment could bring buyers back to an asset with established uses for transaction fees and staking – but this is a conditional recovery thesis, not a confirmed November event,” he added.
The platform said its third competitor, SOL, had the “most concrete event” of the three: Breakpoint, scheduled for November 15-17 in London. The conference will focus on institutional adoption, payments, stablecoins and tokenized assets. According to ChatGPT, this could create an opportunity for announcements that could positively impact the price.
Other options
Google’s Perplexity and Gemini shared quite different theories from ChatGPT. The former said his first choice for a $1,000 investment in November was Ripple’s XRP and explained why:
“XRP could rise in November because its spot ETFs have seen seven straight months of net inflows while institutional adoption has grown – BNY corporate payments, Standard Chartered custody, Ripple Bank endorsement and RLUSD support – so renewed ETF demand or a favorable regulatory decision could trigger a strong rebound after its oversold October decline.”
Perplexity’s second pick is Chainlink (LINK). He argued that its price could rise in the coming weeks as major banks and financial firms increasingly use its technology to connect and tokenize real-world assets, which could generate new demand for the coin.
The AI-powered chatbot placed Avalanche (AVAX) in third place, describing it as “the higher beta ecosystem’s bet.” He said it had higher upside potential, but also more execution and competition risks.
Gemini also selected LINK and XRP as two of three cryptocurrencies it believes could be worth a $1,000 investment in November. His third choice was the rather surprising Ondo Finance (ONDO).
“Investing $1,000 in ONDO in November gives you direct exposure to the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), as traditional finance giants like BlackRock increasingly move Treasuries and stocks on-chain,” he concludes.
